Tokha village lies north of Kathmandu valley adjacent to Shivapuri and Narayanthan hill range. The village is mainly inhabited by Newars, whose primary source of livelihood is farming. The people of Tokha are proud to have so many traditions and cultures still alive today.

We explore Tokha-Chandeswori and the nearby trails in a day to interact with the locals and observe their way of life. The hike is leisurely and is fit for all ages.
