Overview
A remote circuit around Mount Manaslu (8,156m), the world's 8th-highest peak — following the Budi Gandaki through Hindu lowlands into Tibetan Buddhist highlands, culminating in the crossing of the Larke La Pass (5,106m) before joining the Annapurna Circuit at Dharapani.

Day by day
Arrival at Kathmandu (TIA)
Met by your trek leader, hotel transfer and adventure briefing.
Drive to Macha Khola (900m)
7–8hr private jeep drive west via Dhading to the trailhead.
Trek to Jagat (1,370m)
6–7hrs along the Budi Gandaki gorge, past Tatopani hot spring.
Trek to Deng (1,804m)
6–7hrs via Philim and a bamboo forest through a steep gorge.
Trek to Namrung (2,630m)
6–7hrs crossing the river repeatedly, past Prok village and monasteries.
Trek to Samagaon (3,530m)
6–7hrs via Lho and Shyala with grand Manaslu views; optional Ribung Monastery.
Acclimatisation day in Samagaon
Day hikes to Birendra Lake or Pungyen Gompa for altitude adjustment.
Trek to Samdo (3,875m)
4hrs past prayer walls with the valley opening to Tibet's borderlands.
Trek to Dharamsala / Larke Phedi (4,460m)
4–5hrs climbing near the Larkya Glacier to the pass base camp.
Cross Larke La Pass (5,106m) to Bimthang (3,590m)
The longest, most rewarding 9–10hr day over the pass with Himlung, Cheo Himal & Annapurna II views.
Trek to Gho (2,560m)
5–6hrs descending through rhododendron and pine forest along the Dudh Khola.
Trek to Dharapani
5–6hrs via Tilije and Thonje, entering the Annapurna Conservation Area.
Drive back to Kathmandu
Local jeep to Besishar then paved road to Kathmandu.
Departure
Airport transfer 3 hours before your international flight.
